  Notes	Strong,Samuel           1880   228D   Newton Twp The Tingley typescript says Samuel Strong was born on afarm in Central County, PA (Centre County is the correctname verfied by his marriage application to SarahDillinger) She states he was a wheel dresser by trade andnever drank or smoked in his life but did chew.I remeber sitting on the front porch of 242 East Grand Ave.in Springfield, OH where he lived with his daughter Iva andhe told me stories of his boyhood on the farm. Boyishpranks such as turning over outhouses, etc were always doneby his friends but not him personally.I was too young to remember the details as I was only nineat the time of his death.
