    • The story of Robert and Lucy:When Robert met Lucy in Toronto he fell fast and he fellhard, so much so that he quickly proposed. This was notdone in these days. A girls father was meant to beapproached by the suitor first and he was to ask for herhand in marriage. Realizing his mistake Robert wrote aletter to Lucy's father explaining himself. I have thisletter. He hastily bought a ring but he designed andcreated the wedding ring himself as a custom piece.
