  	JAMES CLAYTON HALLADAY, a resident of Chicago for nearly forty-five years and for many years one of the best known railway supply men in the United States, died yesterday at 36 East Division street. He leaves a widow and two brothers, William E. Halladay of Chicago and L. P. Halladay of Streator, Ill. _______________________________________________________ James Clayton Halladay, husband of Margaret Hunter Halladay, born Auburn, N. Y., Sept. 22, 1850; died May 3, at his home, 36 E. Division St., after an extended illness, leaving his widow and two brothers, L. P. Halladay, Streator, Ill., and William E. Halladay of Chicago. Private services at residence at 11 a.m. today and interment at Rosehill.
