  	I Robert Carpenter of the Township of New London, Huron County & State of Ohio being of sound & perfect mind & memory do make & publish this my last will & testament in manner & form following; F'ling I give & bequeath to my Wife Elizabeth during her natural life all my personal property & real estate (viz my farm on which I live). Secondly this is to inform that I have given to my three Sons viz Henry F., Isaac, and David S. before I made this my last will & testament all the property that ever I intended to give them. Thirdly, at the decease of my Wife Elizabeth, I order my executors to give my youngest Daughter Deborah Ann, One Hundred Dollars out of the Avails of my personal property. Fourthly, I direct that the remaining part of my estate both Landed & real & personal to be equally Divided between my five Daughters, viz Phebe, Sophia, Mary, Eliza Ann & Deborah Ann,. I hereby appoint Willis R. Smith & William Smith executors to this my last will & testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the fourteenth day of second month AD one thousand eighteenhundred and fifty.
