Died Saturday, August 13, 2005 at her home in the presence of the Lord and her family. She was born in Kalamazoo on March 2, 1924 the daughter of the late George and Anna (Kemple) Strong. She was married to Kenneth Reinbold on December 11, 1941 in Kalamazoo, and they have lived in the Vicksburg and Mendon areas since their marriage. Dorothy loved her family and her little dogs, Tiny and Cuddles. She loved playing cards with her family and watching horses and hummingbirds at play. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; 3 children, George Reinbold (Diana) of Mendon, Deanna Lynn Brown (Richard) of Portage, and Danny Reinbold of Leonidas; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 26 great-great-grandchildren; many foster children whom she loved as her own; 1 brother, Robert Strong (Pat) of Bloomingdale; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Brenda Porter; 1 brother, Edwin Strong; and 3 sisters, Margaret Blackney, Letha Baldwin, and Mary Root. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the New Assembly of God Church in Colon with Rev. Chet Allen officiating. Burial will be in Boughton Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Three Rivers Health Hospice.
