      EARLY MORNING WEDDING
Daniel A. Thompson and Margaret Newell United In Marriage at Bride's Home in Mexico
MEXICO, July 11. - A very pretty home wedding occurred yesterday morning at 5 o'clock at the home of Mrs. Hattie Halliday Newell, when her daughter Margaret Olive was united in marriage to Daniel Anthony Thompson. The ceremony, performed by the Rev. A. N. Peterson, took place under a bridal arch in the drawing room decorated tastily with evergreen, palms and daisies. Promptly at the appointed hour to the strains of the bridal march from Lohengrin rendered by Harry Robbins the bride and groom following the clergymen passed through the drawing room to the altar. As they reached the altar the organ pealed forth the soft strain of "O Promise Me." Then followed the ceremony of the Episcopal Church which made man and wife.
After the ceremony the bride and groom passed through the aisle of ribbons held by Minnie Barker and Miss Clarke to a sumptuous wedding breakfast in the beautifully decorated dining room, the colors being pink and white.
The bride was tastily gowned in India silk and carried a bouquet of daisies. The happy couple left yesterday for a wedding tour in Northern New York after which they will make their home in this place.
Among the out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. Adams of Arthur, Mr. and Mrs. Robbins, Harry Robbins of Oswego, Mrs. R. C. Durya and Mrs. Jessie Newell of Port Huron, Mich. [6, 7]
